Party Bus Designers Terms of Service

Welcome to Party Bus Designers LLC! We’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your transportation needs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our party bus services and any interactions with us. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services:

Party Bus Designers LLC provides luxury party bus transportation services for various occasions, including but not limited to celebrations, corporate events, nights out, and airport transfers. Our services include transportation to and from designated locations, and may include amenities as specified in your booking confirmation (e.g., entertainment systems, bars, lighting).

2. Booking and Reservations:

• Reservations can be made via phone, our website, or other methods we may provide.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled event, or as otherwise agreed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, and any special requests.
• Party Bus Designers LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed.
• Bookings are not considered confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Party Bus Designers LLC.

3. Payment and Pricing:

• Prices for our services are based on factors such as duration of service, vehicle type, day of the week, and distance traveled. A detailed quote will be provided to you before booking.
• We accept, credit card, mobile payment.
• Late fee may apply for delayed payment
• Tolls, parking fees, and other incidentals are the responsibility of the client and may be added to the final invoice.

4. Passenger Conduct:

• You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party.
• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Party Bus Designers LLC reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if any passenger engages in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior, including but not limited to:
  • Underage drinking (unless specific arrangements have been made and documented)
  • Drug use
  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Damage to the vehicle
  • Excessive intoxication that poses a danger to themselves or others
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• The client who made the booking will be held responsible for any damages caused by their party.

5. Vehicle Capacity:

• Our vehicles have a maximum passenger capacity. You must not exceed this capacity.
• Exceeding the vehicle capacity is a safety hazard and will result in the termination of service.

6. Alcohol Policy:

•  (BYOB with restrictions): Passengers of legal drinking age may bring their own alcohol. However, noncommercial glass containers are prohibited.

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 5 days before the scheduled event will forfeit 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

8. Liability:

• Party Bus Designers LLC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs due to the negligence of a passenger.
• Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of the service.
• Party Bus Designers LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Force Majeure:

Party Bus Designers LLC is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, traffic delays, or mechanical issues.

10. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, trademarks, and service descriptions, are the property of Party Bus Designers LLC.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina

12. Changes to Terms:

Party Bus Designers LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
